Eva Brindisi Pearlman was born in Utica, New York. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from LeMoyne College, Syracuse, New York. Ms. Pearlman also graduated with a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Richmond School of Law, Richmond, Virginia, and after law school continued her education and graduated with a Masters of Law in Taxation (LLM) from University of Baltimore, Maryland, Graduate Tax Program.

She was admitted to the Commonwealth of Virginia Bar in 1989, the Maryland State Bar in 1990, the District of Columbia Bar in 1993 and the New York State Bar in 1997. After law school, Ms. Pearlman practiced with the accounting firm formerly known as Coopers & Lybrand in Washington, D.C., as a tax consultant. Thereafter, she practiced in the fields of commercial real estate and corporate transactions with the law firm of Andrew Naden & Associates, P.A., in Towson, Maryland, and then with Fedder and Garten, P.A., in Baltimore, Maryland.

Ms. Pearlman moved back to Central New York in 1997 to join a family practice founded by her father, Louis T. Brindisi. She currently resides in New Hartford, NY with her husband Victor Pearlman and their three children. She is practicing law as a partner at the law firm of Brindisi, Murad, Brindisi & Pearlman, LLP “The Peoples Lawyer”.

Ms. Pearlman was selected to the New York State Super Lawyers in 2011, after being nominated and evaluated by her peers as having attained a high-degree of peer recognition and professional achievement.

Ms. Pearlman practices in the field of civil litigation, with an emphasis on personal injury law. She has handled thousands of civil cases and has secured millions of dollars in settlements for her clients, many of which have been won through participating in alternative dispute resolution (ADR), such as mediations and arbitrations.
