Background & Early Influences
Eva Brindisi Pearlman is the managing partner at Brindisi, Murad, Brindisi & Pearlman, LLP, a civil litigation firm founded by her father, Louis T. Brindisi. Born and raised in Utica, New York, Ms. Pearlman developed an early appreciation for the legal profession, spending time in both criminal and civil courtrooms as a young child while observing her father, with admiration, advocate for clients in notable cases. Those formative experiences inspired her lifelong ambition to practice law.
Education
Ms. Pearlman earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Le Moyne College in Syracuse, New York, in 1986. She received her Juris Doctor from the University of Richmond School of Law in 1989 and later earned a post graduate Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Taxation from the University of Baltimore Graduate Tax Program, reflecting her commitment to advanced legal training.
Early Legal Career
Ms. Pearlman began her legal career in Washington, D.C., as a tax consultant with Coopers & Lybrand (1989–1991). She subsequently practiced commercial real estate and corporate law with Andrew Naden & Associates, P.A. in Towson, Maryland (1991 – 1992), and later with Fedder and Garten, P.A. in Baltimore, Maryland, where she practiced from 1993 to 1997.
Return to Central New York & Current Practice
In 1997, Ms. Pearlman returned to Central New York to join her family’s law firm, Brindisi, Murad, Brindisi & Pearlman, LLP, where she has practiced law ever since while raising her family. She focuses her practice on civil litigation, with an emphasis on personal injury law.
Over the course of her career, Ms. Pearlman has handled thousands of civil matters and has secured multi million and millions of dollars in recoveries for her clients. She is highly experienced in alternative dispute resolution, frequently achieving favorable outcomes through mediation and arbitration, while remaining a skilled and effective trial advocate.

In 2016, Ms. Pearlman was honored and received the “Friend of New York Association for Pupil Transportation (NYAPT)” award in Albany, New York, for the work she did on the #ShameOnYouNissan campaign to remove a national commercial from the airways depicting a dad racing a school bus that sent a bad message to the public about school bus safety.
Community Involvement and Mentorship
From 2016 through 2026, Ms. Pearlman has served as an attorney coach and advisor to the New Hartford High School Varsity Mock Trial Team, guiding the team to multiple undefeated seasons and county championships, allowing them to advance and compete in the New York State Bar Association’s Regional competitions. Most recently, in 2025, the team, after winning the title of Oneida-Herkimer-Madison County Champions, competed in regionals at the Binghamton Federal Courthouse.

She resides in New Hartford, New York, with her husband of 34 years, Victor, and they have three children, one of whom is a graduate of Albany Law School and a member of the New York State Bar.
